This subtle shift has had a meaningful effect across the portfolio. Over a six-month period, nearly 3,000 Weather Guarantees were purchased across 30 properties, with attach rates reaching up to 11% in top-performing destinations. The result is not only incremental revenue– which exceeded $19,000 during that period– but fewer cancellations, particularly in leisure-driven markets where weather plays an outsized role in decision-making.
