You'll have the option to add a Weather Guarantee to your reservation when booking online or on the app at GolfNow. The cost and Guarantee details will be shown at the time of purchase.

Step 2

Add a Weather Guarantee

When the reservation is completed with a Weather Guarantee, you will receive communication from Sensible Weather reiterating the terms of the guarantee and outlining what to expect.

Step 3

Get Day-Of Reimbursement

The day of your round, you'll receive an email from Sensible Weather about the weather. If a reimbursement is triggered, you will receive an email and text with a link to collect payment.

What is covered?

Weather Guarantees cover all eligible items in your cart. These guarantees are designed to reimburse you for rain experienced during your round.

Sensible Weather tracks precipitation in hourly increments. Specifically, 1.5mm of rain within an hour qualifies as one hour of rain. Rain is measured cumulatively throughout the day, so intermittent rain can still qualify for reimbursement.

Example of a Weather Guarantee: Reimbursement is triggered by 3 or more hours of rain between 8 AM and 2 PM.

When are you covered?

Weather Guarantees apply to rain during your reservation dates and within the specified time window (8 AM - 2 PM daily). Golfers can review specific thresholds at the time of purchase and in follow-up emails.

Important Details to Note:

Weather Guarantees are tied to the individual reservation and cannot be transferred or applied to other bookings.
Reimbursements are calculated based on qualifying weather conditions for each day you have a reservation.
All reimbursements are subject to the qualifying weather conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
Weather Guarantees do not cover course closures, personal reasons for canceling, or no-shows.
